We provide high quality, delicious, customised menus for all special events, large or small.   We believe that one size does not fit all and always seek to consult to tailor the menu to their specific desires and requirements. The food we make is comparable to top restaurant quality and presentation and our experienced staff provide exceptional service to ensure that our clients’ events are a success.

Quality ingredients

Food is the key ingredient to a successful event. We source our quality ingredients from some of Sydney’s top purveyors & artisan sellers of specialised goods. We are very mindful of creating menus that are suited to the seasons, source ingredients locally and support sustainable farming practices. We are proud of our suppliers such as Woods Butchery, a local supplier sourcing hormone and chemical free meats directly from Australian farmers, as well as Two Providores, a supplier of local artisan products and supporter of small Australian businesses.

"The food was incredible. Our caterers created a delightful menu inspired by Middle Eastern and Asian flavours (we love Ottolenghi). One of my favourite parts of the wedding was the “The Pavlova Show”. Pavlova is a family favourite, so it was our wedding cake. The chefs decorated the two-metre long pavlova to dramatic classical music in front of our guests with bright fruits, honeycomb and Persian fairy floss. It was brilliant and an ingenious twist on a family tradition!"
